Come and experience a day of Balance & harmony, with the practices Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing.
A true healing journey, deepening our understanding of the feminine & masculine aspects of self, which aspect needs more activation and which aspect needs healing & nurture.
These two types of energies flow through everything that exists.
The complementary nature of the Universe exists because of these energies need each other: Day and Night, Light and Dark, Expansion and Contraction, Hot and Cold, Thought and Emotion, Order and Chaos, Yin and Yang… – all reflections of these primordial energies.
Male Energy is purposeful, direct, like a straight line. It projects outward, it secures and has a giving nature, also relates how we share our gifts and abilities to the outer world.
Female Energy is cyclic, like a circle. It’s directed inward, it nurtures and has a receiving nature, also relates with our inner world and the roots of your emotional state
When they both work together, they dance and form a spiral, moving upwards, thriving and growing. And in this flow we may find our Center our Equilibrium.
My intention throughout my classes and workshops is for participants to have an experience so their minds, as well as their bodies, can absorb information and gain tools to assess themselves and act accordingly.

About the teacher:
I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga over 10 years ago. My journey flows from architecture, art, feng shui to yoga. I was always a curious child and developed into an even more curious adult. I started to wonder about life, what is existence? what is my purpose? by detaching myself for the need to get the answers, i found my heart, I look for what's exciting to me, I follow my Joy, my Bliss.”
Ana Alves Smyth
Having travelled through China, learning the teachings of Zen Meditation and Feng Shui in 2008, Ana completed her first 200hr training in Hatha, Kundalini and Raj yoga in Rishikesh, India in 2014.Ana is forever expanding her knowledge with workshops and further training in Sound Healing, Rahanni Healing, Reiki, African Dance, African Drumming, Laughing Yoga, Connect and Communicate, Sacred Ancient Rituals (fire walking, sweat lodge) and Vedic studies. She has been teaching vibrant classes and workshops in meditation, kundalini yoga, kids and teen yoga and teaches regularly in primary and secondary schools throughout the midlands of Ireland.
In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul.
