About the Facilitators

Ana Alves Smyth

Ana fell in love with Kundalini Yoga over 18 years ago.
Last year after practicing Kundalini Yoga for 13 years, I had a Kundalini Initiation and activation, i felt at home, the feeling was so familiar, my soul just sighed in relief like, finally! tears ran down my face as I started to channel light language and as I was transported to a past life in Egypt where I was part of the Rose Mysteries School.

As the planet rises its frequency and ascends, we too have the responsibility to shift and elevate our consciousness along with our “Mother” So my excitement is to share all my teachings, my offerings from my heart to your heart, with real connection and Joy.”

Having travelled through China, learning the teachings of Zen Meditation and Feng Shui in 2008, Ana completed her first 200hr training in Hatha, Kundalini Classic and Raj yoga in Rishikesh, India in 2014.

Ana is forever expanding her knowledge with workshops and further training in Sound Healing Practitioner, Rahanni Healing, Reiki, African Dance, African Drumming, Laughing Yoga, Connect and Communicate NVC, Sacred Ancient Rituals (fire walking, sweat lodge) and Vedic studies.
As she works intuitively, all her sessions are unique and different and also unpredictable, offering a truly sense of connection with both self and our environment.

She has been teaching vibrant classes and workshops in meditation, kundalini yoga, Sound Healing, Kundalini Activations, leading retreats in Ireland and Portugal.
