Join us in ceremony moving our body, breathing, chanting and singing using our voice as a bridge to connect with the Divine. Honouring the beginning of the Celtic year, embracing the energy of Spring and new beginnings.

With Kundalini Yoga, sound healing & Kirtan.

Ancient technology using meditation, breathwork, mudra, movement, asana,  mantra supporting the awakening of inner intelligence for physical  health, happiness, and spiritual vitality.

We will also welcome stories and songs that honour the Goddess Bridgit. And there's a plan to make Bridgit crosses that will help ensure the protection of our homes for the year.
