About the Retreat Centre
Monte Velho Retreat Centre, Algarve, Portugal.
Stunning landscape & wilderness, surrounded by natural beauty, we find a space to nurture and balance our inner most self. Three kilometres from the nearest beach, and 50 minutes from Faro Airport. The Centre can arrange for a minibus to pick you up and return you to the airport.

Whether you have been longing for a quiet and more private stay, or you’re coming in good company, or looking to make new friends, there’s a handful of accommodation options you can choose from individual suites, couple suites and shared rooms. ( Early reservation is advised so you have a choice of the type of accommodation you prefer as there’s limited bedroom types ).
Please know that if for example your choice is a triple bedroom you do not have to bring two friends along,

BEFORE THE RETREAT
Avoid eating meat, drinking alcohol & caffeine for 7 days prior to the retreat to prepare the body & detoxify.

DURING THE RETREAT
Yin time - Silent time - 9 pm to 9 am
Yang time - 9 am to 9 pm
This is a screen free retreat, please avoid using your mobile phone.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Choose the accommodation option of your preference and proceed with a booking deposit of €300 or €400 (for the Single Suite option) The balance is to be paid by September 1st.
The booking deposit can be paid by Cash, Paypal (option friends and family) or Bank Transfer.
