Harmonise major energy channels in the body. Ida & Pingala - yin & yang in the body. I absolutely love this breathing technique, is very gentle, awakens a lovely awareness through the body. Great to practice in the morning if you are feeling a bit low in energy, but also great to practice in the evening if your mind is too active. Happy practice 3-5 minutes is recommended ❤️
